Family Expectations

Virtual Academy school days are completely asynchronous, working independently at home. 

• Identify and help organize a workspace.
• Schedule appropriate blocks of time for learning (see attendance).
• Keep your student on track with learning expectations and assignments.
• Monitor your email to track your student’s progress reports and reach out to your online teacher for additional information.
• Interact with online teachers when questions or concerns arise.
