Mental Health Resources

Studies show that it is important to have conversations about mental health and suicide prevention. You can reduce the risk of suicide in your community by encouraging positive social connections.

The five steps you can take to help someone in emotional pain are:

  1. Ask.
  2. Be there.
  3. Help keep them safe.
  4. Help them connect.
  5. Follow up.
